The Service Coordination Department works with individuals, their guardians, and families to provide the coordination of services both in the program and with all service providers involved with the individual. This department allows the individual to have a single contact person to assist them in all areas of their lives.

Within this department is the intake specialist and the major unusual incident contact person.
