Feeding Young Minds
Photo Cutline: Dr. Connie Crawford of the Jefferson County Farm Bureau returned to the School of Bright Promise to read to special needs students about the farm-to-table process. About 22 primary and secondary pupils gathered in the gym to hear Dr. Crawford read “Right This Very Minute” and teacher Ryan Finney has organized the event for the past four years.
